Normal with an address
"The people" is a crowd without names. Your circle of friends is the opposite: five people, a table, sentences that come back. "Among us one does it this way." That us is a worldview. It has an address and a group-chat hour.
The worldview says which job counts, which relationship sentence is embarrassing, which money you mention, which ambition counts as showing off. You take that on faster than a book, because you are at the table when it is said.
The sentence you only say there
Watch for a sentence you say in that round and nowhere else. "I have no ambition there." "A relationship is too much for me right now." If the sentence sounds different outside, alone, you have two self-images. One for the table, one for the week. Dream-Reality-Fit asks which one you mean when nobody is pouring another drink.

Lay it down without blowing up the table
Write five names. Next to each, a sentence that is normal there. Next to that, your sentence from the one you repeat about yourself. The gap is the fit to this circle. You do not have to cross anyone off to see the gap.
Speak the names and the two sentences onto the map. The circle stays. The map shows where you join in and where you only nod.
